Train the Trainer Development Course in Ukraine organized by the British Council

The train the Trainer Development Course was carried out in Kyiv, Ukraine with a group of 20 Master Trainers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

The project was built on and engaged the networks previously set up under the project ‘English for Engagement and Employability’ 2017/18 (6 clubs: Tkviavi, Rukhi, Orsantia, Kabali, Didi Jikhaishi, Tsalka and Akhaltsikhe), ensuring the further development of teachers from those networks and the broadening of the scale and impact of Change Agents and TAGs.

To strengthen the long-term sustainability of the project, a cadre of teachers known as Change Agents were trained, who were equipped with the necessary skills and resources to support the professional development of other teachers in their community of practice.
